Description
I painted these three callas because I love to paint flowers. I used a lot of salt in the background. It turns out they were the favorite flower of my dear friend's mom, who passed away shortly after I painted this. This painting is for Millie.

I have, by the way, spent a good deal of time in Colorado, even in Boulder, I have cousins there. I have also done photopaintings of pictures I've shot there. It's a small world.
