The DeLonde Homestead at Caribou Ranch metal print by Anne Gifford. Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The high gloss of the aluminum sheet complements the rich colors of any image to produce stunning results.

Artist's Description
I had the pleasure to be selected as an artist-in-residence at Caribou Ranch near Nederland, Colorado last summer. Each morning at 7 a.m. I was out in the field, working on this painting in the early morning light. I could almost sense the people that once lived here and the quietude of their lives. Boulder County Open Space had devised a wonderful little cabin for me to stay in in the barn that you see in the distance, and for an idyllic week, I, too, got to experience the solitude and tranquility of a time gone by.
About Anne Gifford
Anne Gifford is an award winning artist and the eight time poster artist for Colorado's Bolder Boulder 10K Memorial Day Race, one of the largest road races in the United States. She began her career as a silkscreen artist, and now works with watercolor, building successive layers of color to create her vibrant, rich, and detailed paintings. She has lived in Colorado since 1976 and finds inspiration in the natural beauty of the Rocky Mountains. On her many walks and hikes throughout the area, she is always on the lookout for new imagery. She relishes the depiction of a magic moment and the evidence she finds of the pulse of life, both past and present.
