Description
I find myself captivated by vignettes of women from around the globe. Their colorful clothing, the work that they do ~ these images from abroad provide a glance into the lives of people whom I will never meet, nor will I likely experience their world first hand.
I could not have created this painting without the generosity of my Fine Art America friend from India, Sunil Kapadia, who granted me permission to paint from his photograph. You can see his inspired imagery at his Fine Art America gallery:
