Description
This painting was done on site on a gorgeous summer day that I spent at Walker Ranch, an impeccably preserved historical site in Boulder County, Colorado. While painting, I felt like I was going back in time as I scrutinized the chinking between the cabin logs, the old windows, the weathered wood....and I wondered who had once upon a time lived here.
