Description
We are so excited! After 13 years in the making, the children's book that I have illustrated and my mother penned is at last in print! I will be adding illustrations regularly to my FAA site, In this illustration, Spike has landed with a loud "PLOP" on earth, and is asking Mr. Moon's advice to get some insights on where he might look for a happy home ...stay tuned!

Meet Spike the Dhog, an endearing creature (part pig, hedgehog and dog), who arrives on earth from points unknown. Go with this �different� fellow as he searches for a welcoming home among birds, fish, turtles, prairie dogs, barn cats and pigs. Follow him as he goes cheerfully through the countryside on his quest to find a home where he will be accepted for who he is. Bright imaginative illustrations by watercolor artist Anne Gifford, with story by Priscilla Gifford.
