Guatemalan Marketplace metal print by Anne Gifford. Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The high gloss of the aluminum sheet complements the rich colors of any image to produce stunning results.

Artist's Description
Although I've never been to Guatemala, it is on my bucket list of things to do. A friend of mine travels there frequently to work with a nonprofit organization, Friendship Bridge, to set up micro loans that support business start ups for Guatemalan women. She returned with a magnificent photograph which was the inspiration for this painting. I was enthralled with the patterns I found everywhere in the image.
About Anne Gifford
Anne Gifford is an award winning artist and the eight time poster artist for Colorado's Bolder Boulder 10K Memorial Day Race, one of the largest road races in the United States. She began her career as a silkscreen artist, and now works with watercolor, building successive layers of color to create her vibrant, rich, and detailed paintings. She has lived in Colorado since 1976 and finds inspiration in the natural beauty of the Rocky Mountains. On her many walks and hikes throughout the area, she is always on the lookout for new imagery.
