Title
Elk in Rocky Mountain National Park
Artist
Anne Gifford
Medium
Painting - Watercolor
Description
A peaceful scene portrays a group of elk in a grassy meadow surrounded by lush, green trees. I like to add my own touches of color to the pine trees....look for purples, blues, and touches of red. The mountains of Rocky Mountain National Park rise in the background under a sky filled with fluffy white clouds.

Reminds me of the elk we saw in Denali National park. Beautifully done. Lf
Anne Gifford replied:
I imagine Rocky Mountain and Denali parks have a few similarities…. at least both provide a home for the elk.
